Who is Grandmaster Dr. Leong Wai Meng,  D. Sc?

 

Grandmaster Dr. Leong Wai Meng is a highly respected world renowned Grandmaster in the martial arts world, with over forty years of experience. He specializes in the Korean martial art Taekwon-do, Chinese Kung-fu and the art of ShenChi Gong. Grandmaster Dr. Leong comes from a direct line whose forefathers were all great Kung-fu masters and doctors. Grandmaster Dr. Leong learns his Kung-fu skills and ShenChi Gong techniques directly from his late father. Later his father sent him to study further from other great Masters and monks. Grandmaster Dr. Leong’s late grandfather was a renowned Chinese doctor, ShenChi Gong Master, Kung-fu Master, industrialist and philanthropist. The Grandmaster is also a great philanthropist himself.

 

Grandmaster Dr. Leong Wai Meng currently holds the following positions in the martial arts world:

 

1. Vice President of the International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF).
2. General Secretary of the International Martial Arts Games Committee (IMGC).
3. Chairman of the Consultative Council of ITF.
4. Chairman of the Umpire Committee of ITF.
5. President of Oceania Taekwon-do Federation.
6. Chief Instructor of Greenland Taekwon-do Federation.
7. Technical Adviser of Taekwon-do Association of India.
8. Technical Adviser of International TKD Federation Malaysia.
9. Technical Adviser of ITF Taekwon-do Singapore.


Grandmaster Dr. Leong is at present a fellow scholar at the Institute of the Korean Physical Culture and Sports University, DPR Korea. He has been invited to treat on various patients in DPR Korea under strict clinical observation of various medical experts. A report will be published of the results and the group’s observations.   

Grandmaster Dr. Leong’s work and research in the field of martial arts and the ShenChi Fusion Therapy have earned him numerous awards and praises from many international organizations and institutions.


During Grandmaster Dr. Leong’s schooling days and later in his travel around the world as a World Master, he has very often applied his ShenChi Gong techniques to help his family members, relatives, friends and fellow martial arts exponents in their physical and internal problems. He discovered that these treatments could produce only limited relief to the sufferer. He was frustrated by the fact that his earlier treatments were not as successful as he had hoped. He was saddened that he was unable to help his fellow man to eliminate their sufferings.


The ShenChi Gong & Bio Electro Fusion Healing Energy


All that changed in 2005 when during deep meditation, Grandmaster Dr. Leong was guided to experiment with electrical vibrations combined with his ShenChi Energy. He discovered that the controlled ShenChi Energy when properly blended with electric vibrations of the correct frequency caused a kind of fusion in his body, a fusion perhaps similar to the atom fusion that multiplies in power and potency, thus with only one source of power it is able to correct most illnesses and destroys diseases down to extremely low or undetectable levels.

Treating patients will electricity is not something new. Doctors and scientists have been experimenting and using electricity to treat patients for various conditions for over a hundred years, but their usefulness is limited. Grandmaster Dr. Leong discovered that when he merges electricity with his ShenChi Energy, the new fusion energy created has unlimited potency to help many of the illnesses of man and as well as destroys most diseases that afflict humanity.


Following this marvelous discovery, Grandmaster Dr. Leong experimented the new technique on some of his family members and friends. To his surprise every one of them got well.


With this potent discovery in hand, Grandmaster Dr. Leong travels around the world to treat people who need his help. Grandmaster Dr. Leong’s current clientele includes Heads of State, ministers, industrialists and other prominent people. The treatment periods for serious illnesses vary from one month to six months or more, depending on the type of disease and the condition of the patient. Simple illnesses can take one day to 30 days to treat.


There are no known side effects, noticed or reported in Grandmaster Dr. Leong’s treatments using ShenChi Fusion Therapy, as the treatment re-activates the body’s own self healing ability. He has to-date only obtained positive results.

The main illnesses that Grandmaster Dr. Leong treats are all types of cancer, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, hepatitis A & B, herpes A & B, migraine and headaches, TB, all kinds of conditions associated with viruses, bacteria, fungus, parasites and other pathogens, etc. and at various stages. Even patients with illnesses in advance stages can be treated. Most will experience immediate improvement of their conditions and enjoy even progression to low or undetectable levels.


With the ShenChi Fusion Energy treatment, many patients will see their illnesses attain a manageable, near-undetectable or undetectable level. They are advised to continue with a maintenance program for the next two to three years with Grandmaster Dr. Leong administrating a 7 days treatment program to prevent or eliminate remission/re-infection. The maintenance program could be administered every six months or every year, depending on the wishes and conditions of the patients. Many patients do not opt for the maintenance program as they feel confident enough to move on with their healthy lives without it.   


The only persons that Grandmaster Dr. Leong wouldn’t treat are people wearing a pace-maker. This is because the ShenChi Fusion Energy could cause the pace-maker to malfunction. Although there is no proof of danger to pregnant women, Grandmaster Dr. Leong, as a rule, will not treat them.


Grandmaster Dr. Leong sends his ShenChi Fusion Energy into two important areas of the patient. One charge is directed into the blood stream of the patient. The second charge directed into the tissues and lymph of the patient. In this way the patient’s Self Healing Mechanism is re-activated from head to toes, especially the internal organs will be totally cleared of all viruses, bad bacteria, fungus, parasites, and other pathogens, all of which are foreign invaders.


Grandmaster Dr. Leong himself does not cure the patient with his internal energy. It is the ShenChi Fusion Energy that is created within the body of the patient himself, that destroys or kills all the bacteria, viruses, flukes, worms, mites, fungus, parasites, and other pathogens in their various stages of metamorphosis that are causing the immune system to malfunction, blocking the proper functions of the internal organs and defense system. In many instances, the patient is able to feel the positive difference right away on the very first day of treatment.


Grandmaster Dr. Leong treats the whole person regardless of what the patient’s disease is. It means the patient becomes a truly healthy person again with all his internal organs, self-defense system and immune system working normally. It also means that the patient’s body, after treatment, will become healthy and would function normally again, it could then produce insulin, interferon, interleukin, etc. in the correct amount. The patient is therefore able to heal himself to good health.


Very often, a patient may come to Grandmaster Dr. Leong for treatment for one illness, but he may be suffering from a few other illnesses or diseases, known or unknown to the patient. Once the ShenChi Fusion Energy is administered on the patient it will effectively destroy not only the known illness but also those hidden ones. This is because the ShenChi Fusion Therapy is not designed to treat a specified condition only.

It is designed by Mother Nature to treat the whole person. It means the ShenChi Fusion Energy does not only destroy the cause of the one particular illness in the patient; it destroys also the root cause of the causes of all the illnesses in him, which is one step more advanced than the treatment undertaken at present by modern medical doctors.   


The ShenChi Fusion Energy has two main functions. By the Grace of Mother Nature, whilst the ShenChi Fusion Energy re-activate the body’s immune system to destroy  the viruses, bad bacteria, parasites and other pathogens in the patient’s body, the good bacteria is not harmed. On the other hand, it has the healing properties to rejuvenate the health and potency of the good bacteria, tissues, lymph, internal organs, defense and immune systems, etc. in the patient.      

Grandmaster Dr. Leong makes it very clear that he is not a medical doctor and he has never studied medicine and he has as much medical knowledge as any lay person. Grandmaster Dr. Leong is not a healer with spiritual power.  He does not lay hands to heal people like a faith healer or a church preacher. He holds a Doctor in Sports Science Degree, he is a scientist in Sports Science in the area of ShenChi Qong. He made a potent discovery on the power of ShenChi Gong Energy that when charged with electric vibration at the right frequency it produces very potent fusion energy that could help eliminate all diseases.


As Grandmaster Dr. Leong is not a medical doctor, he will not give any medical advice to his patient except for the administration of his ShenChi Fusion Therapy. The patient must consult with his medical doctor for advice as to whether he is suitable for the ShenChi Fusion Therapy treatment. The patient must also consult with his medical doctor with regards to whether he should or should not continue taking his medications, or reduce the intake of such medications. The patient is advised strongly to continue to go for regular medical check ups with his medical doctor during and after the ShenChi Fusion Therapy to monitor his progress.


Grandmaster Dr. Leong also donated and help financed, The Sathya Sai School of Ndola, Zambia, who has been awarded the International Gold Star Award for Quality in terms of leadership, innovation, training, and excellence in education.  They received this precious trophy at an international gala dinner at the Hotel Concorde, La Fayette, Paris on 30 May 2005.
